Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Sterno Home is pleased to offer free FedEx 2-day shipping on orders over $49.

Q: How do I return an item?

Items ordered from SternoHome.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Clearance items cannot be returned.

For items purchased through third-party retail partners, please contact the specific retailer’s customer service department for return instructions.

Refund Options
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be refunded for damaged or defective items.

Returns Process
To start a return, call us at 1-888-867-6095. A customer service representative can get your return started for you. If your order is eligible for a return, you’ll receive a shipping label via email to print.

Pack your return, including all original packaging, and attach the return label. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for receipt of your refund after we have processed your return.

Q: What if an item breaks in transit?

Please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information: Order number, your contact information, a photo of the damaged item. In-stock items will be replaced with the same item. Items that are no longer in stock will be refunded to your original form of purchase.
