Q: How can I track my order?

Check your inbox and spam email for a Sterno Home Order Confirmation email. A clickable order tracking link is included in the order confirmation email. If you did not receive or can’t find this email, please complete and submit a Customer Support Request Form. Select SternoHome.com Online Orders on the drop-down menu, and select Other under the Request category​

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

If there are no issues with the information received, you should receive your order within 5 – 7 business days. You will be contacted by a Customer Support Representative if there is an issue with your order. If your order doesn’t not arrive, please submit a Customer Support Request Form. Select SternoHome.com Online Orders on the drop-down menu and select Problem with Order under the Request section and Order Hasn’t Arrived within the Reason section.​

Q: What if my online order item is damaged or defective?​

Q: How do I return an online item and get a refund?​

Sterno Home Refund Policy​
Item orders from SternoHome.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Clearance or Sale items can not be returned.​

For items purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer’s customer service department for return instructions.​

Refunded Payment​
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs will be refunded for damaged or defective items.​
